I just started my business as an Amazon Seller. When can I subscribe to Scout360?

If your Amazon Seller Central account has been upgraded to a Pro Seller Subscription, you're eligible to subscribe to Scout360 whenever you're ready.

Will I need to download anything to use the tools in Scout360?

Scout360 is our web-based application that you connect to via the Internet. You will need to download Scout360 Chrome extension to check if you can sell a product. We recommend logging into your Scout360 account from Chrome if you want to check and one of 3 compatible browsers (Chrome, Firefox, Opera or Safari) if you use other features.Scout360 Chrome extension is included in your 10-day free trial and paid Scout360 subscription. The download is free for Chrome browser and can be found in https://chrome.google.com/webstore/category/extensions

What if I don't want my friends/family/employees to be able to access my Scout360 account?

No problem. You have the option to allow access to designated areas of your Scout360 account while restricting access to others

Will my friends/family/employees be able to source products on Scout360?

No, only you - the payer account - other sub users are able to source products on Scout360. But only one scan at a time for you and your sub users.

When I use Scout360 to list a product is it added to my Amazon Seller Central inventory in real-time?

When Scout360 sends the feeds, it can take up to 30 minutes for the process to be completed and your inventory data to be available in Seller Central.

Does Scout360 bring over my existing inventory automatically or will I need to upload a file?

Scout360 will automatically import all your inventory when you first login.

What if I get stuck? Does Scout360 have customer support?

We sure do! Our Support Center is full of useful resources where you'll also find an easy way to reach out to us for assistance.

Scout360 has a lot of tools and features! I'm not stuck, I just want to know more about the ways I can use Scout360 in my business. Should I open a ticket for support in the Support Center?
