By creating an account, accessing, or using Scout360 (“Platform”, “Service”, “we”, “our”, “us”), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

Scout360 is operated by Scout360 Sdn. Bhd., a company incorporated in Malaysia.
 

2. Description of Service

Scout360 provides ESG management and reporting software that helps organizations collect, organize, and analyze environmental, social, and governance (ESG) data, including transactional information and supporting receipts.
 

3. User Accounts
 
  • You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
  • We use Kinde (Australia) as our trusted identity provider to handle user authentication securely.

 

4. Use of the Platform


You agree to use the Platform only for lawful purposes.
You may not:
 
  • Reverse-engineer, copy, or resell the Platform.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the service.
  • Upload or store unlawful, harmful, or confidential third-party data without permission.
 

5. Ownership and Intellectual Property

Scout360 and its underlying software, trademarks, and content are the property of Scout360 Sdn. Bhd.. You retain ownership of all data you upload, but you grant us a license to use it solely to operate and improve the Service.
 

6. Data and Privacy

Our collection and processing of personal and transactional data are governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to our handling of data in accordance with that policy.
 

7. Service Availability and Updates

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the Service with prior notice when possible. We are not liable for downtime caused by maintenance or third-party providers.
 

8. Limitation of Liability

Scout360 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
 

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Kuala Lumpur.
