By browsing this website, or by creating an account on and using the Scout360 platform, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree to them, please do not use either.

Scout360 is operated by Scout360 Sdn Bhd (company registration 202501032514), a company incorporated in Malaysia and based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.

As with our privacy policy, these terms are in two parts: what applies to reading this website, and what applies to using the platform. If you have no account, only part one concerns you.

The guidance, framework summaries, articles and worked examples published here are written to help you understand the reporting landscape. They are general information, not professional, legal, accounting or assurance advice, and they are not a substitute for engaging someone to advise on your organisation’s specific circumstances.

Reporting standards and regulatory requirements change, sometimes quickly. We take care to keep these pages accurate at the time of writing, but we do not warrant that everything here remains current, and you should confirm anything you intend to rely on against the source standard or with an adviser. Reading this website does not create an advisory relationship between us.

If you want advice on your own reporting obligations, talk to us and we will tell you what we can and cannot help with.

You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes. You may not scrape or bulk-copy its content for republication, or attempt to interfere with how it is served.

We link to standard-setters, regulators and other external sources where it helps. Those sites are not ours, we do not control what they publish, and a link is not an endorsement of everything on the other end of it.

The Scout360 platform is ESG management and reporting software that helps organisations collect, organise and analyse environmental, social and governance data, including transactional records and supporting receipts.

Access is granted under a separate service agreement with your organisation. Where that agreement and these terms disagree, the agreement wins.

• Give accurate and complete information when your account is created.
• Keep your login credentials confidential, and tell us promptly if you believe they have been compromised.
• Authentication is handled by Kinde, our identity provider, rather than by passwords we hold ourselves.

You agree to use the platform only for lawful purposes. You may not:

• Reverse-engineer, copy or resell the platform.
• Interfere with or disrupt the service, or attempt to gain access to parts of it you have not been granted.
• Upload or store unlawful or harmful material, or third-party confidential data you do not have permission to hold.

We may modify, suspend or discontinue parts of the platform, with prior notice where that is possible. We are not liable for downtime caused by maintenance or by third-party providers.

Scout360, its software, trademarks, brand and the content of this website are the property of Scout360 Sdn Bhd. Nothing here transfers any of it to you.

You keep ownership of everything you upload to the platform. You grant us a licence to use that data solely to operate and improve the service for you.

How we handle personal and transactional data is set out in our Privacy Policy, which is split the same way these terms are. Using the platform means accepting that we handle data in the way that policy describes.

To the extent the law allows, Scout360 is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of the website or the platform, including any decision taken on the basis of general information published here.

These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Kuala Lumpur.

We may update these terms. The current version is always the one published here, and the date at the top of this page tells you when it last changed.
